I'm Tamara Grob Goodstein, a certified Intuitive, Transformational, Trauma-Informed, Spiritual Life Life Coach trained in the Love & Authenticity methodology. I'm also a certified Reiki Master/Teacher and energy healer trained in other energy healing modalities including Rahanni Celestial Healing and Light Language. I have lived, studied, and worked abroad in over six different countries (England, France, the Philippines, Serbia, Croatia and Switzerland). I currently live in New York near my two young adult and wonderful daughters, after moving on from my 25 year marriage. I started off working in the corporate banking world and felt intuitively that this was not my calling, nor my passion. I left that world and went through a spiritual awakening. This journey of deep inner work, growth, healing and transformation became the process by which I stepped into my purpose and mission which has always been about serving others in the highest good. By authentically and unapologetically shining my light, I help and guide others to shine theirs. 

I provide holistic life coaching and energy healing integrating the mind, body, and soul based on love and authenticity in a safe space free of any and all judgment.  I coach from a heart centered space and not from the mind or head space. I'm here to help you release what no longer serves you whether in the form of blocks, limiting beliefs, programming, and conditioning through somatic or breath work so that you can clear space within to allow what does serve you to enter. Using my intuitive and empathic gifts, my Reiki energy and other divine energy healing modalities, including Light Language and Oracle Card readings, I help to activate you and push you out of your comfort zone, so that you may start transforming, empowering yourself and creating the life you choose, especially during this time of transition and great shifts on Earth. If you feel like you have been settling for things, situations or people in your life, if you feel like you've been living "small" and feel like you're not being seen or heard, if you feel like you're not worthy of living the life you desire, or you've been feeling unmotivated, joyless, or disconnected from people, places, or things in your life, then you are not alone. I'm here, as living proof, that through self-love you can push through to the other side and be whatever you came here to be and fulfill whatever you came here to do and have.
